Corner Store

Today my group and I went to different such as Food way 7eleven and the chinese store corner stores and viewed the product that was sold within the stores. While in the stores I have seen many of the same products such as chips candy and other sorts of junk food. For the most part the stores pretty much sold the same products except for the few foods such as produce like apples and bananas. These store all had one thing in common within each other is that each store had some form of junk food whether it was candy, chips, chocolate or cakes and thing of the kind.
By taking this trip I have seen that there is a huge gap between serving junk and serving fresh produce. I personally believe that this is one if not the main source to obesity with in the adolescent community. By serving chips and snack at such low prices and with an abundance of the inventory people would purchase the snack rather than the scarce amount of fruit that is at a price greater than the snacks being provided at the stores.
